Why do so many people enjoy pirate parties so much?
Mateys, yo ho ho! You’ve come to the correct place for a celebration because it’s time for one. Arthur, a tiny pirate, is turning four years old, and this is a reason for a daring celebration. I think it was ten years ago when his mom and I shared a dorm room with Arthur, the son of one of my closest friends. Hehe.
This collection, incidentally, was inspired by Arthur’s recent birthday. He requested a pirate theme for his birthday, and his mother complied. It really inspired me, by the way, and after that day I concentrated on finding inspiration, asking a lot of questions and making a lot of mistakes when I drew.
