Hi folks! This template was requested by one of my childhood friend, her name is Ellie. Early this year, she wanted to host a mini event to show off her baby’s sex before birth. After heard the news from her, I felt happy to hear it, and decided to offer her a help. Yups! That’s right, I thought I could help her in designing the party invitations, so she didn’t have to go and move a lot.
Let’s skip the story a little bit, ……… Well, I spent approximately 4 hours to create and complete the template, not just one model though, but six different types of design. As we can see, the template below was the upgraded version of Ellie’s party invitations, and of course, the upgraded version means there is some modification on it. For example, the original background wasn’t like in these following / today’s design, I’ve added a few things, such as Marble & Wood Texture.
In addition, (on top of the background) I also added bunch of things or knick-knacks, like gorgeous drawing of Blue Eucalyptus, which symbolizes the Strength, Leadership, Purity, and many more. Besides that, you will also get a dazzling Text-Frame design, it’s the place where you add your party detailed information or wording. I can guarantee that everyone in your guests list will be very happy to hear you, revealing the Gender of your baby with Lovely “party invitation”.
Wording ideas
You can customize it to make it looks even perfect, there are plenty rooms for you to put “your baby’s name” and some knick-knacks as a plus point. Here a few wordings that you can use it as your reference,
- Ten tiny fingers, a tiny hand to hold, here comes our new baby, good as gold!
- First, there was you, then there was me, now our new son will make three!
- A brand-new baby is on the way, so let’s celebrate him/ her with a special day.
Please take a note, you may get a little confused for these one, which editing app that I should use. If you’re new for this kind of occasion or task, you can just go for a simple app like Microsoft Paint, it has a pretty decent amount of options for you. On other side, if you have been familiar with editing software, then you should use Adobe Photoshop or Corel Draw app. After you are done with the customization, I would suggest you to use card-stock paper for your invitation card, as it can be easily found at your nearby shop.
